Before you visit the Embassy to apply for/renew a passport/ID-card, you must book an appointment and prepare all necessary documentation. The Embassy uses an online booking system in which appointments can be booked up to six months in advance. New passport and national identity card appointments are added to the booking system on an ongoing basis. Appointments may be released several months in advance or at shorter notice, depending on available capacity. Some appointments become available automatically through the booking system, while others are released manually by the Embassy. In addition, cancelled appointments become available for booking once they have been returned to the system by the person cancelling the appointment.
Please find information and instruction for appointment booking here.

Please ensure you cancel your appointment if you can no longer attend. That way, the appointment slot can be used by someone else.
