On the Swedish Migration Agency’s web site you can find information on how the Swedish Migration Agency processes personal data that is submitted to the Agency or collected through the website and their online services.
According to Article 15 of the Data Protection Regulation, the applicant has the right to receive information about the personal data that the Swedish Migration Agency has stored. Here you can download the form (in Swedish and in English) that should be filled out completely and handed in at the Embassy or at the Swedish Migration Agency. When the Swedish Migration Agency has processed your request, you will be able to collect the requested register extract at the Embassy during our visiting hours for migration matters. For security reasons, it is not possible to send the extract by mail or e-mail. You need to bring a valid ID-document when you visit the Embassy.
