The Embassy would like to announce that starting from the 20th of September 2025 the Migration Section will have a Drop in Hour (Reception Hour): Every Monday and Wednesday from 13:00 to 14:00.
The reception hour will be open for applicants to come to the Embassy without having a previously booked appointment for the below services:
Before coming to the embassy to collect your residence permit card please make sure that you have received an email from the migration agency confirming that the card has been received by the Embassy.
Biometrics and passports check are only conducted for individuals that have been instructed by the Swedish Migration Agency to visit the Embassy to have this done.
If you cannot come in person to collect your decision or to receive your residence permit card, you can send someone on your behalf with a power of attorney filled out and signed by you and a clear copy of your passport.

For Syrian applicants the embassy is aware that you need to have a booked appointment at the Embassy to be able to obtain an entry permit to enter Jordan, please contact the embassy on the below email to arrange a booked appointment for you:
