TT.RR.HH. The Crown Princess and Prince Daniel are carrying out official visits to Japan from 9th to 14 October

The purpose of the visit to Japan is to strengthen and manifest the bilateral relationship considering the strategic partnership between Sweden and Japan, not least in the areas of green transition, sustainability and creative industries.

The visit also aims to conclude Sweden's involvement in the World Exhibition Expo 2025 in Osaka, concluding through participation in the Sweden-Japan Sustainability Summit and a Nordic conference on the Arctic.

The government is represented during the visit by Ministers Erik Slottner, Maria Malmer Stenergard.
