Sveriges ambassad i Santiago är sedan 2023 belägen i stadsdelen Las Condes. Personalen består av tre utsända, nio lokalanställda och en praktikant. Ambassadör sedan 2022 är Tomas Wiklund.
Sveriges ambassad i Santiago de Chile har till uppgift att representera Sverige och den svenska regeringen i Chile och Peru. I ambassadens verksamhet ingår bl a handelsfrämjande, kultur- och Sverigefrämjande, migration och konsulära ärenden samt rapportering om politik, mänskliga rättigheter och ekonomi.
