Fees

You pay a fee for your work permit application. The money is not refunded if your application is rejected.

Fee for work permit application

These fees are valid as of 12 January 2026.

Work permit application: 10260 TL
Work permit application for ICT, EU Blue card and seasonal work: 9330 TL

Application for your family

Adults: 7000 TL 
Children under 18: 3500 TL

Payment

If you are applying online, you pay with a credit card or a bank card. 

If you are applying directly at the General Consulate in Istanbul, you pay in cash or with a credit/bank card.

Special fees for certain occupations

For some occupations, special fees are required. These are: artists, au pairs, visiting researchers, athletes and coaches. They pay 7000 TL. 

If the employer pays
If the employer wants to pay the application fee, and you have not applied online, the fee is to be paid as described above.
