Nordic-Palestinian Cookbook

We are glad to present to you the Nordic-Palestinian Cookbook!

In this book, the Nordic countries present in Jerusalem and Ramallah (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden) have developed recipes together with local chefs that create a fusion between the Nordic and Palestinian cuisine.

As for Sweden, Consul General Julius Liljeström together with chef Izzeldin Bukhari used Swedish recipes with Palestinian ingredients - such as potato salad with kishek and Swedish vegetarian meatballs with a Palestinian twist.
