In Vietnam you can hand in a visa application at the VFS Global offices in Hanoi or in Ho Chi Minh City. Your application then will be forwarded to the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok for handling and decision making.

You can leave biometrics at the Embassy in Hanoi only. This can be done during our opening hours for migration matters from Monday to Thursday between 09:00-11:30 am. It is no need to make an appointment and please bring your passport and ID-card along when visiting the Embassy.
The 2018 Swedish general election is scheduled for Sunday, September 9, 2018. All Swedish citizens who have reached the age of 18 by election day and who are or have been registered as resident in Sweden are eligible to vote in parliamentary elections.
