Starting September 15, 2026, travel documents may be collected on Tuesdays (except public holidays) between 10:00 and 12:00, and on Thursdays (except public holidays) between 14:00 and 16:00. Once your passport and national ID card have been received at the Consulate General in Houston, an automated email will be sent confirming that your new passport has arrived and is ready for collection. No appointment is necessary. Please bring your previous passport or a valid form of identification if your previous passport has expired.
