Madam President,
Sweden takes note of the reform efforts undertaken by Bulgaria in the area of rule of law. However, Sweden is worried about the negative developments in Bulgaria regarding the lack of continued reforms concerning the judicial system.
Sweden would therefore like to make the following recommendation:
