We are now recruiting an INTERPRETER/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for an ongoing project.
You will be working as a support function with various administrative tasks including interpretation, and you will be part of the Department for Property Projects.

Terms of employment
The employment is a fixed-term position with a suggested start date of 1st of December 2026 until 31th of December 2027 (a total of 12 months), with a possibility to prolong for another 12 or 13 months. The employment is a full-time position with 40 working hours per week.
The successful candidate will be subject to a professional background check and satisfactory security clearance, with a probation period of three (3) calendar months. Staff recruited locally are subject to terms and conditions according to Ukrainian employment law and Swedish MFA guidance for local staff.
Benefits of the job include 28 vacation days (counted as working days), wellness grant, health insurance, the possibility to be eligible for Swedish pension after 5 years of working for the embassy. Start date is preferably 1 st of December (or according to agreement).
