Personal data controller

The Embassy of Sweden in Bucharest is the controller of personal data for the processing of personal data and is responsible for processing the data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

The Embassy of Sweden is a Swedish government agency, which means that personal data may be released in accordance with the principle of public access to official documents and archived as official documents.

Right to information and rectification of processing of personal data

You have the right, following application free of charge, to receive information about which personal data the Embassy holds about you and how this data is processed. You have the right to request rectification in relation to the personal data the Embassy processes.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

You have the right to submit any complaints concerning the processing of personal data to the supervisory authority (Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection).
