Ukraine is currently the largest recipient of Swedish development assistance. The Swedish Government, municipalities, government agencies, companies, civil society and private individuals are working together to protect civilians, strengthen Ukraine’s resilience and help with the country’s reconstruction and EU integration, and to ensure that Russia is held accountable for its crimes in Ukraine.
