Working in Sweden

To work in Sweden, you must have a work permit. Read more about how to apply for a work permit

If you have applied for a residence permit, you should only contact the Embassy after you have been asked to do so by the Swedish Migration Agency.

Contact the Regional Migration Hub to make an appointment. It can take up to four weeks for the residence permit card to be prepared and delivered to the embassy.
