Applicants who are unable to submit their application via the e-service may do so in person at the Embassy. In such cases, an appointment must first be arranged by contacting the Embassy via email.
Upon confirmation of the appointment, the applicant is required to pay the applicable application fee at BRAC bank - (North Gulshan Branch. The original payment receipt must be presented at the time of the appointment.

Please note that only the Swedish Migration Agency is authorized to determine whether an investigation, passport verification, or any other procedural measure is required in the application. The Migration Agency is also solely responsible for making decisions in residence permit cases. No other authority or entity has this mandate. Therefore, it is not necessary to contact the Embassy unless explicitly instructed to do so by the Swedish Migration Agency, after the application.
