Embassy routines and opening hours during the COVID-19 outbreak
The embassy's telephone hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 12 pm. The embassy’s phone number is 613-244 82 00.
When the Embassy's switch board is closed, you will be connected to the consular hotline of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (+46 8 405 50 05).
The embassy only accepts visits by appointment. Please call or send an e-mail to the Embassy.
The embassy is open for passport applications. Please book your appointment in our online system.
Please be mindful of provincial restrictions due to the pandemic and only book an appointment if you are in urgent need of a new passport.
Please cancel your appointment if you cannot come to the embassy. Cancellations are done through the link in the confirmation email from Migrationsverket, or by calling the embassy.
If you have questions regarding travel and the new corona virus, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs has a special COVID-19 hotline (+46 8 405 92 00).
