Women political leaders are still a global exception and the Nordic countries are often seen as forerunners on women's political rights, as most of them have had female political leaders. How have Nordic women managed to
climb the political ladder? Have we achieved the goal of equal representation in politics?
This year's discussion will focus on women in political leadership positions.
