The Consulate General is open for consular services, including passports. All visitors are required to schedule appointments using our online booking system.

The Consulate General is open 9 am - 4 pm, with specific hours for visitors.

Consular reception visiting hours, incl. picking up passports - by appointment only (book here) 
Wednesday: 9 am - 12 noon
Friday: 9 am - 12 noon
Please note that you cannot apply for/renew a passport during reception visiting hours.

Tuesday: 1 pm - 4 pm
Thursday: 9 am - 12 noon

In case of an emergency outside regular office hours, please call the Consulate General and follow the instructions to be connected to a 24/7 duty officer in Stockholm.
