In celebration of Tet (the Vietnamese new year) the Embassy will be closed for visitors and telephone hours from the 16th to 18th of February 2026. The Embassy will open again the 19th of February.
The Honorary Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City will be closed from 13 - 24 of February 2026. The Consulate will open again on 25th of February 2026.
It will not be possible to issue provisional passports or legalization of documents at the Honorary Consulate from 1 - 27 of February 2026. During this period, visitors are referred to the Embassy in Hanoi for such matters.
