The “smörgåsbord” buffet at “Au Premier” has become legendary. This is the 34th edition.
Herring, graved lax, smoked salmon, boiled eggs with Löjrom caviar or Nordic meat specialties of elk and reindeer and numerous sweets such as the famous “Prinsesstårta” (Princess cake) and much more will be served on the occasion of the 34th edition of the "smörgåsbord” buffet at “Au Premier”.
Artist Mirjam van Zweden will exhibit her art on this occasion.
