The Embassy of Sweden has resumed the visa representation for Norway from 1 December 2021.
The visa applications will be handled according to the capacity of the Embassy and the external service provider until further notice. Local restrictions and the changes in the pandemic situation may affect the customer service.
It is the applicant’s own responsibility to find out about current entry restrictions and other relevant entry conditions in the destination country. A Schengen visa is not a guarantee to enter the Schengen states and it is the border police of the member state that has the final say. If there is an entry ban in place, the person must be exempted from an entry ban to be able to enter the Schengen state.
