If your Swedish passport is lost or stolen while you are in the Philippines, you should call the police in Sweden to block it. The Embassy can help you obtain a provisional passport valid for an urgent trip.
If you lose your passport or national ID card, it must be reported to the Swedish police to be blocked.

If you have lost your passport, you must also file a police report with the local Philippine police and then submit the police report to the Embassy when you apply for a temporary passport.
The Embassy does not issue regular passports. If you have an urgent trip, you can apply for a temporary passport.
