Important changes for applicants living in Mozambique, Eswatini and Madagascar
Starting 15 December 2025, the Swedish Embassy in Maputo will no longer handle migration cases.
If you are a citizen of Mozambique, Eswatini, or Madagascar, or if you reside in any of these countries, and wish to apply for a residence, work, or student permit, you must now contact one of the following Swedish foreign missions:
