Entry ban on travel to Sweden extended

The Government has decided to extend the ban on entry to Sweden from countries outside and within the EU/EEA. The main rule remains that travellers from countries in the EU/EEA – apart from the Nordic countries – cannot enter Sweden without presenting a vaccine certificate, a negative COVID-19 test result or a certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19. Travellers from countries outside the EU/EEA can only enter Sweden if they are covered by one of the exemptions from the entry ban and can also present a negative COVID-19 test result. The extended entry bans apply until 31 October 2021 or until further notice.
