The Embassy is looking to reinforce the administrative section with a person that can deal with a variety of administrative matters but with an emphasis on financial administration.
The person we are looking for should have a Superior degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial administration or accounting
Oral and written proficiency in both Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word. Power Point, Excel)
Ability to work in a Team
Willingness and flexibility to take on other duties, whenever necessary
Description of duties
Responsible for handling the lease agreements for diplomatic staff
Responsible for follow-up of running costs for chancery, ambassador’s residence and staff housing
Responsible for and handling major procurement processes
Responsible for follow-up of VAT reimbursement
Handling all matters in relation to the administration of the honorary consulates in Madagascar and Eswatini
Handling archive matters in the outer archive
Second hand responsibility in the areas of Finance and Human Resources
