Invitation for Proposal: Join Sweden Study & Career Day

The Swedish Embassy invites event organizers in Jakarta to submit proposals for a half-day event hosted by the embassy on Saturday, 18 April 2026. 

Request for invitation should be sent by email to events.jakarta@gov.se with “RFP Join Sweden 2026” in the subject field. 

Request for invitation will be received until Wednesday, 25 March 2026.

Deadline for proposal submission: Friday, 27 March 2026.

 ABOUT THE EVENT

JOIN SWEDEN – Study & Career Day is a half-day event directed towards Indonesian students and young professionals interested in studying or working in Sweden or with Swedish companies in Indonesia. Join Sweden aims to strengthen ties between Sweden and Indonesia by providing information and networking opportunities for Indonesian students and professionals.

Event Schedule: Saturday, 18 April 2026 at 13:00-18:00 (open to the public by registration)
Location: Artotel Gelora Senayan Jakarta

Organizer Responsibilities:

• Staffing: Provide staff such as registration crew, booth assistants, photographers, videographer, hybrid conference operator and support team.
• Coordination: Manage staff and registration.
• Logistics: Handle schedules and operations.
   

Activities:

• Information sessions/talk shows on studying and working in Sweden
• Booths with representatives from various Swedish, European, and Indonesian organizations. Including, but not limited to, government representatives, student and university representatives and Swedish companies in Indonesia.
