The Mutual Mentorship Program is designed to foster reciprocal learning and intercultural exchange between professionals from Europe and the MENA region. By pairing individuals from diverse backgrounds, the program encourages mutual growth, shared experiences, and the development of inclusive leadership skills.
Participants engage in structured dialogues, collaborative projects, and peer-to-peer mentoring, focusing on topics such as intergenerational and intercultural dialogue, green transition, AI & Peacebuilding, and more. The programme emphasises mentor-to-mentor methedology and contributes insights and perspectives from all participants, creating a dynamic and balanced exchange.
