The representatives of Nordic Embassies in the Czech Republic will cycle together in Pilsen to promote European Mobility Week on Friday, 20th September. Their bike ride goes to the opening of Book World Pilsen.
Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden are known for its progressive attitude towards clean mobility and sustainable urban transport. Therefore, the representatives of the Nordic Embassies decided to discuss the environment for good-quality life including a bike traffic in Pilsen and the Czech Republic in general with members of AutoMat association and Michal Vozobule, Deputy Mayor for transportation in Pilsen during European Mobility Week.
After that, they will bike together from the outskirts of Pilsen to the opening of the literary festival Book World Pilsen 2019 in DEPO2015. It has already become a tradition that the Nordic Embassies in co-operation with Scandinavian House present jointly the Nordic literature at the Nordic stand at Book World in Prague. Now for the second time they have their Nordic stand also at Book World in Pilsen. The representatives of the Nordic Embassies will also participate in the workshop for children that will promote contemporary Nordic children literature.
