During the month of July, our telephone and opening hours are as follows. Please note that the Consulate General is closed on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Telephone hours July 2025:

Mondays 10:00 - 12:00
Wednesdays 14:00 - 16:00
Thursdays 10:00 - 12:00

Picking up passports and national ID cards July 2025:

By online appointment only! 
Mondays 13:30 - 15:00                                                                               
Thursdays 13:30 - 15:00

Please note that it's not possible to apply for regular passports in Brussels. If you want to apply for a provisional passport, you need to book an appointment by e-mail.
