Embassy & Consulates

Given the COVID - 19 pandemic, currently, the Embassy does not keep any visiting hours. In exceptional circumstances, a visit can only be arranged through pre-advance booking by calling the Embassy during our telephone hours 10.30-12.30, Monday to Friday.

The Embassy provides consular service for Swedes abroad. The Embassy can only issue emergency passports. More information is available here.

The Embassy does not issue legalizations or apostilles, all necessary documents should be apostilled and translated before traveling to Armenia. 

The Embassy does not issue visas or process any applications for residence or work permits. Residents of Armenia can apply for a visa through the Embassy of Germany in Yerevan. 

Applications for residence or work permits are handled by the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow.
