As we mark four years since the since the Russian full-scale invasion in Ukraine, The Embassies of Sweden and Ukraine together with the EU Delegation invite you to a screening of the movie THE EUKRAINIAN.
The film presents the events of the first months of the war through the eyes of Olha Stefanishyna — a civilian, a woman, a mother, and Ukraine’s deputy prime minister leading the negotiations for EU membership. As the invasion unfolds, she bears the responsibility of translating the aspirations of Ukrainians into Ukraine’s European future.
The Swedish director Viktor Nordenskiöld will participate and will lead a discussion about the movie after the screening.
