The Embassy cooperates only with the external service provider VFS Global in visa matters. The Embassy advises against using any agents offering services related to Schengen visas, residence, work or study permits. No agencies can influence the processing time or the outcome of an application. If any agents claim they can influence your application, we urge you to inform the Embassy immediately.
Every applicant is solely responsible for the documentation submitted in their application.
Please be aware that many agents charge high fees for unnecessary services and provide false or outdated information, which can compromise the overall credibility of an application.
The only fees charged for processing an application are those the applicant must pay at VFS Global’s application centres or to the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket/Embassy of Sweden). Never pay any money to agents offering employment offers or residence permits.
