Due to a temporary ban on entering Sweden, the VFS Global Visa Application Centers have stopped accepting visa applications from March 23, 2020 until further notice. In the same period the Embassy of Sweden in Moscow accepts visa applications only of those who belong to the category of people who are allowed to enter Sweden and need a visa. More information you can find here. You should contact the Embassy prior to your application by email: email@example.com.
If you application for a visa has been refused, you can appeal the decision. The appeal must be in writing, signed by you, and must be presented at or arrive at the embassy no later than three weeks after the date you received the decision.
The appeal must state:
If someone else signs the appeal on your behalf, that person must be authorised to represent you (power of attorney). The power of attorney document must be signed by you and submitted in the original together with your appeal.
It is the embassy that initially decides whether to review the decision. If it decides not to change its decision, the case is forwarded to the Migration Court in Sweden.
