The appeal shall state:

Please send your appeal via e-mail to ambassaden.skopje-migration@gov.se or hand it in at the Embassy during our opening hours Monday-Thursday 09.00-11.00.
If the Embassy decides to change the decision, a visa will be issued, and you will be contacted within a week. If the Embassy does not change the decision, the case is forwarded to the Migration Court in Gothenburg, Sweden. The waiting times at the Migration Court are around 1-3 months.
