On the European Council’s official website, a list of recognised travel documents which entitle the holder to cross the external borders and which may be endorsed with a visa is published.
Normally Israeli ordinary passports and emergency passports is accepted. However, it is always the Border police at entry point or in Sweden who make the final decision.
