Can I apply for a passport at another Swedish Embassy and then have it sent to the UK?

Yes, even if you are a Swedish citizen living in the UK, an embassy in another country can issue a passport which can be sent for collection in the UK or Sweden.

Remember that you will need a valid passport to travel to the other country.
