If you are registered in Sweden, but are temporarily located in Austria or Slovakia, you can renew your Swedish driving license and collect it at the embassy or a consulate. You can order a form from the Swedish Transport Agency.
The Swedish Transport Agency sends the new driving license to the embassy or consulate that you have written in your application. The embassy or consulate charges a fee when you pick up your driving license.
