Migration matters

The Migration section only receives customers through a pre-booking system. Appointment times are given via e-mail.

You can also call the section if you have specific questions during telephone hours.

Monday to Thursday, 09:00-10:00. See the telephone number above.

Drop-in for migration matters:
Tuesdays, 13:00-15:00 for for collection of residence cards, alien passports, taking the bio-metrics

Consular and passport matters

An appointment is required for passport applications – book your appointment online. (New appointment slots are released on the last Thursday of each month.)

Appointments for coordination numbers (samordningsnummer) are arranged by email.

For urgent consular cases outside the Embassy's working hours you will be redirected to the Consular Emergency Centre (CEC) in Stockholm, Sweden. The duty officer at the CEC can also be reached directly on +46 8 405 50 05.

Collection of passports, national ID cards, life certificates and legalisations is available without appointment at the following times:

• Tuesdays, 09:00-10:00
• Thursdays, 09:00-10:00
