The Swedish Embassy in Kigali does not receive applications or issue passports or national identity cards as the Embassy is not equipped with the necessary technical equipment.
Application for passport and national identity cards can be submitted at other Swedish embassies in the region, or in Sweden.
The Embassy is able to issue temporary emergency passports.
