If you have lost your residence card, you can order a new card at the Swedish Embassy in Rabat.
Since you have lost a document issued by a Swedish authority, you must make a police report with the Swedish police online at Förlustanmälan - borttappade föremål | Polismyndigheten. You also must make a report with the police in the country in which you lost your card.
Send an email to the embassy with your name and information about what has happened, so that we can block your card.
These two police reports shall be shown to the Swedish Embassy in Rabat when you submit your biometrics. You are welcome to submit your biometrics without reservation on any Tuesday or Thursday (except when the Embassy is closed) between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. A new card will be delivered to the embassy within three to four weeks. You can also chose to have it sent directly to a referent in Sweden. If so, you will need to fill out and hand in a power of attorney.
