A temporary, full-time position as locally employed Receptionist at the Embassy of Sweden in Chisinau will become available starting in early January 2026. The position is limited to 10 months.
We are looking for a service-minded and well-organized receptionist to join our team. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of the Embassy; welcoming visitors, coordinating communication, and providing administrative and consular support. The role suits someone who enjoys working in an international environment, is structured, and takes initiative.
