On Monday, 28 July, the Embassy will release new appointment slots for passport and coordination number applications for the months of September and October.

We recommend checking the booking site regularly for available slots. Additional time slots will be released later.
Starting 15 August 2025, the Embassy will introduce new payment options:
• Bank cards (Visa/MasterCard)
• M-Pesa
From 1 September 2025, prepayment via bank transfer will no longer be accepted. Payment must be made at the Embassy at the time of your appointment.
Please note: The dates apply to when your appointment takes place, not when you book the appointment.
As of 1 September 2025, the Embassy will adjust certain fees, including for Swedish passport applications. The adjustment is made in accordance with the Fees Ordinance (SFS 1997:691) and calculated in local currency based on the current exchange rate.
The exact fees valid from 1 September will be published in August.
