Vacancy: Administrator to the Development Cooperation Section

The Embassy of Sweden in Nairobi is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Administrator to the Development Cooperation Section.

The role involves providing administrative and logistical support to the Head of Development Cooperation and the team, including calendar and meeting management, travel planning, document handling, and other administrative and finance-related tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Key requirements:

  • University degree or diploma in administration or a related field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and as part of a team

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Position: Full-time, 1 vacancy
Start date: As soon as possible
