During the current security situation, the embassy gives priority to emergency cases. The embassy will therefore contact those who have previously booked a time for renewal of their passports, in order to book a new time slot. Please note that the booking system sometimes send out automatic reminders about passport appointments, even though they have been cancelled. If you have already applied for a new passport and received a message that it is ready to collect, please check this web page regularly in order to find updated information about our opening hours.
