Ambassador Sammelin gave a speech during an event with the business-organization ACEO, about the competitiveness of Sweden and innovation in the country.
Ambassador Sammelin held a speech to ACEO, Association of Chief Executive Officers, on the 14 November. The association includes large companies and the event had representatives from several enterprises such as Volvo, Xerox Hellas, Nike Hellas and PWC. The attendants were keen on knowing what factors have made Sweden successful. highlighted Swedish strengths like the long tradition in innovation and engineering, focus on sustainability and digitalization. The extensive public-private cooperation and social aspects such as equality and team work were other key factors which helped Sweden to become a competitive nation.

Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
