The Advisory Committee of the Swedish Dialogue Institute for the Middle East and North Africa is a distinguished group of leaders from the MENA region and Europe, identified by the Institute to guide and support its work, and advise on activities and programmes.
In accordance with its regulation, the Swedish Dialogue Institute for the Middle East and North Africa maintains an Advisory Committee that provides the Director with proposals for activities. The Committee may also contribute to the evaluation of various initiatives.
In 2022, an Advisory Committee was appointed for a three-year term. It is a distinguished group of leaders from the MENA region and Europe, representing a breadth of expertise and perspectives. The mandate of the Advisory Committee was subsequently extended from 1 October to 31 December 2025.
An updated presentation of the Advisory Committee will be made available in due course.
The Advisory Committee is expected to hold two regular (usually online) meetings per year. Members may also be invited to participate in various meetings and projects, as appropriate.
