From May 12 to 14, representatives from the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing and Business Sweden paid a visit to Guangdong province, with a focus on the latest development of battery and EV industry and the cooperation in this field between Sweden and Guangdong.
The delegation met with Shenzhen Kedali Industry Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Senior Material Technology Co., Ltd. both of which have made significant investments in Sweden and will become suppliers of the Swedish battery company Northvolt. The delegation also visited and met with Swedish companies operating in Guangdong to learn more about the Swedish business community, opportunities and current reality of doing business in South China.
Sweden has diplomatic relations with almost all States in the world. It has embassies and consulates in around half of these. Sweden's foreign representation consists of approximately 100 missions abroad and 350 honorary consulates.
