Report fraud or corruption

Sida has established a whistleblowing function in order to facilitate notifications of serious irregularities.

The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) is the first Swedish authority to impose a whistleblowing function. The special reporting channel is another way to strengthen the Agency's efforts against fraud and corruption.
How to submit a report via the system:

What is corruption?
Sida defines corruption as abuse of trust, power or position for improper gain. The abuse referred to includes receiving and offering bribes, blackmail, conflict of interest and nepotism.

Please report if:

• You suspect corruption in a development cooperation contribution

• You are aware of that development cooperation funds are not being managed in accordance with what has been agreed

• You are aware of serious misconduct by a member of Sida staff

Sida cannot investigate:

• Allegations of corruption or fraud with no impact on Sida funds.
