The Swedish Government has adopted a new strategy for its recovery and reform cooperation with Ukraine. The strategy helps strengthening Ukraine’s freedom, resilience and path towards EU membership.
Focusing on both recovery and reform, the assistance is based on Ukraine’s needs, priorities and ambition to further develop the country. It is Sweden’s largest-ever bilateral development assistance strategy and will provide a total of approximately EUR 522 million from 2023–2027.
