Book an appointment for an interview regarding your application for a residence permit

Our online booking form is currently not working. Please write the below information into an e-mail for booking an appointment and send it to the following address: migration.berlin@gov.se . This will be in effect until further notice.

Attention: if you have already filled in the booking form the last 2-3 weeks and did not receive an answer from the embassy, please fill in your information again and send it in an e-mail as per above instruction.

• Please choose one type of appointment: Residence permit for family reunion or Residence permit for studies.
• First name (as in passport)
• Family name (as in passport)
• Date of birth (yyyy-mm-dd)
• Nationality
• Spoken languages (please note that the language you choose will be the language you perform the interview in)
• Dossier number or control number for the case
• Number of applicants
• Other information that is important for the Embassy to know
• Telephone number to applicant (including country and area code)
• E-mail

Attention: If you want to submit your biometrics, an appointment is not necessary. Instead, please visit the embassy on Thursdays from 09.00 to 12.00.
